FlowTest connects your Instagram professional account using official Meta APIs to provide comment and direct message automation. In compliance with Meta Platform Policies and user data privacy standards, you have full control over the data associated with your account.
Password Notice: FlowTest never asks for, accesses, or stores your Instagram password. All access is granted through official Meta OAuth permissions which can be revoked at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can delete your stored data and revoke FlowTest access through any of the following methods:
Method 1: Direct In-App Disconnection (Instant)
- Open the FlowTest application.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Under the Instagram Connection section, tap Disconnect Instagram Account.
- Confirm disconnection. Your active tokens and connection record will be removed immediately from our database.
Method 2: Remove FlowTest via Instagram Settings
- Open Instagram and go to your Settings and Privacy.
- Navigate to Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Find FlowTest under the Active tab.
- Tap Remove. Meta will notify our backend via deauthorization webhook, and your connection records will be invalidated automatically.
Method 3: Submit a Manual Deletion Request
If you wish to request the complete manual purge of any automation rules, webhook logs, or profile references associated with your account ID, send an email to:

Please include your Instagram username in the request. We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon completing a data deletion request, FlowTest permanently removes:
- Instagram professional account identifier and username mapping.
- Encrypted server-side OAuth access tokens.
- Saved automation rules, keywords, and reply templates associated with your user ID.
- Webhook activity and test simulation logs.
