Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the FlowTest application and associated automation tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowTest, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

FlowTest is an automation utility designed for eligible Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator accounts). FlowTest connects your account using Meta's official APIs to allow configured automated keyword comment responses and direct messaging actions.

3. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

To use FlowTest with Instagram, you must connect an eligible Instagram professional account for which you have administrative authority. You are solely responsible for:

• All automated messages, comments, links, and content configured within your automation rules.
• Ensuring that your automated replies comply with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and relevant consumer communication laws.
• Refraining from using automations for spam, abusive messaging, deceptive promotions, or unsolicited marketing.

4. Service Limitations & Modifications

FlowTest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. API rate limits, connectivity, and feature availability are governed in part by Meta's developer platform policies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update features to maintain compatibility with official Meta API updates.

5. Termination & Account Disconnection

You may terminate your use of FlowTest at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account inside the app's Settings screen or by removing the app's permissions under your Instagram Account Settings (Apps and Websites). Upon disconnection, automated processing for that account will cease immediately.
